u Magazine

Est. 2020

U Magazine is putting a spotlight on underrepresented artists. 60% percent of U Magazine's content will be reserved for artists of color and marginalized backgrounds, while 40% can be artists of any background. Each quarterly issue will display three images from five total artists. Additionally there will be a digital gallery containing seven images, an artist photo and an artist biography with an accompanying statement. Lastly, there will be space for the artist's personal website and social media account(s). The hope is that the magazine can bring light to these artists and further uplift them in their careers.
